Samples of existing styles will be sent out within 3 days. Custom sampling (color matching / embroidery / labeling) takes 15–20 days. The sample fee is USD 500 per style, which will be deducted from the bulk order payment.

Yes. Both the standard materials (cotton / polyester / high‑definition polyester) and weight (150–220 gsm) can be customized, with pricing based on specific requirements. Please note that even with the same yarn count, the final gsm may vary depending on the style.

We currently only offer FOB, not CIF.
Sea freight normally takes 25–30 days. Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., war, port closures) cannot be estimated. We can arrange vessel booking on the customer’s behalf, but we assume no liability for such delays.

PVC film bag, one piece per bag. Gift box / hang‑tag packaging is available at extra cost and with a separate MOQ.

We ensure thorough communication prior to production, providing color samples and hand‑feel approval. A quantity variance of around 5% is acceptable. Except for quality defects, returns or refunds are not supported.
